Now operating as NextGen Automation, Bio-Static has served Manitoba businesses since 1977. This acquisition brought experienced staff, local service continuity, and expanded access to parts, supplies, and technical expertise—strengthening our support footprint across the Prairies.

2024

Corporate Business Solutions (CBS) – Edmonton, AB

A major milestone in our expansion, acquiring CBS deepened our presence in Alberta and added Konica Minolta to our technology portfolio. Clients now benefit from broader product offerings and even more personalized service through a unified, client-first approach.

Com Pro Managed Business Solutions – Vancouver & Lower Mainland
